January News!!
First Congrats to Shawn Graffitti for finishing her first
marathon this last week out in Oceanside CA. Shawn had done
several long runs in the snow out at Chatfield and trained
hard throughout the holidays. Amazing job!! Shawn reported
hitting a "wall" later in the race but finished! I'm sure
Shawn's trademark smile was beaming when she crossed the
finish line!!! Great job!! If you have
news/accomplishments or are in training let me know!!!
More news...Our TYR order has been placed and should be
here soon so watch for new multisport and training wear.
PRANA is BACK!!! We can now carry this great yoga and
lifestyle wear all the time now!! Watch for spring/summer
lines! Huge Clearance Sale for PrAna/ Horny Toad/ and
Jackets and Vests!
As for training, we have weekly organized walks,
trainer rides at the store and will soon be meeting at
Castle Rock Rec to start swimming. Watch the calendar.
Lastly, we have an open house Tues. Jan.22 and Thurs. Jan
24 so check calendar for hours. Feb. 7, 6-8pm. we will be
having a "Season Planning and Find a Partner Clinic". We
will serve wine and dessert! So bring a list of your 2008
race
goals and come find a training partner!!!
