Hi my name is Meredith, owner of Fast Lane Jane, Inc. I founded this company because I wanted to create a network for women to plug into each other for motivation, education and just the fun of being with other gals while you worked out.  I also wanted one place where I could get all of my sports questions answered, find a training partner and buy the newest in running, biking and swimming apparel that didn’t make me look like a man. In my years of working out and training for various races I have found so many women that were accomplishing amazing athletic feats. I also found so many women that wanted to do something but just needed that extra push of a friend to encourage them. Some women just needed a training partner for their 3 hour bike ride or information on sports nutrition. I am by no means a phenomenal athlete but I wanted to start plugging these women into each other.
